Cinnamon Buns

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to the cinnamon buns lab because I was at the Rotary Adventures in Healthcare program. But based off what Leyton told me and what the pictures look like I think they ended up really good. The buns were evenly cooked and had a good amount of cinnamon and the icing was the perfect texture. He let me try one that's how I know this

Conclusion

Overall, I think Leyton did great, I wish I could have been there, but I enjoyed my program very much, so it was worth it. Great job Leyton.
