Pysanka Eggs

I'm really happy with how all my eggs turned out, some of the lines were wobbly and some colors didn't turn quite as pretty. But overall, I liked them all.

This is the first egg I made, it isn't my favorite, but it turned out pretty nice. At the top and the bottom, I put a sun to represent the spring. Because it was my first egg, I made a few mistakes like burn marks when I was melting the wax. I also did lots of dots to represent tears which is a symbol commonly seen on Ukranian Easter Eggs.

This is my second egg, and I liked how this one turned out, I like the bright colors, and the tulips are there to represent the spring. I wish some of the lines came out smoother, but I still really like how this one turned out.

I really liked this one and the leaves and roses are there to represent the spring, when making this one I broke two eggs, so I almost gave up, but I really liked the design and decided to try one more time.

This one was pretty easy to do but the crisscross lines were hard, and some turned out really wonky. The wheat in the middle of the diamond is a common symbol used in pysanka eggs, and I also added flowers to represent spring.

This was my last egg and was more of a fun egg because there isn't really any Ukranian symbols in this one, but I really enjoyed the design on this one.

Conclusion

I really enjoyed this project it was very fun, but it was really disheartening when I would lose an egg which happened a few times but overall, I like how my eggs turned out I just wish some had smoother straighter lines but I have very shaky hands so I don't know what I could have done to help that.
